Sarah McGloin is a Senior HR Manager for the Middle East, Türkiye and Africa at the Boeing Company, based in Dubai.  She leads the HR generalist team in partnering with the business across the region providing HR support strategies and service delivery. 

 

Sarah has over 22 years of experience in HR and joined Boeing in 2022.  She has been in the region for 8 years and prior to Boeing, was the HR Leader for the Assurance practice across Middle East & North Africa at EY, where she built the Assurance HR generalist team and led the transformation of the talent agenda.   

 

Before relocating to Dubai in 2015, Sarah worked with EY in London for 5 years and led the UK & Ireland Assurance HR team.  Prior to moving into professional services, Sarah spent 10 years in HR roles at Barclays supporting the Investment Banking and Risk Solutions businesses.
