Sahith Reddy brings a wealth of expertise to the space industry, spanning from Asia to the Middle East and Europe. With experience as a space engineer, strategy consultant, and deep-tech investor, he has collaborated with globally renowned organizations, including the Creative Destruction Lab, Euroconsult, SAASST – UAE Space Agency, Raytheon Technologies, and Masdar-MIT projects. He was also privileged to be a part of the highly selective Abu Dhabi’s Masdar Future Sustainability Leader program, contributing towards climate change initiatives. As part of his scientific research, Sahith has published 30+ research papers in various internationally renowned journals and conferences worldwide (with 195+ citations).
Outside the office, Sahith acts as the UAE's National Point of Contact for the Space Generation Advisory Council (SGAC) in support of the UN program on Space Applications. He is also an Advisory Board Member for AzurX (space investments and business advisory), Spaceflux (UK SSA startup), a Venture Partner for Badhouse Ventures (nano-VC), and a Scientific/Investment Advisor for Celestial Growth Corp (Alternative to Space startup IPOs). Sahith holds a B.Tech. degree in Aerospace Engineering from Amity University Dubai (UAE), a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering from ISAE-SUPAERO (France), and an Executive MSc in Management - Innovation & Entrepreneurship from HEC Paris (France).
Notably, the international awards Sahith received for his work include: the "Pioneer Award" from the UN-SGAC (Austria), being elected as a “Fellow” of the Royal Astronomical Society (RAS) in London, inclusion in the “20 under 35 lists” of the Space and Satellite Professionals International (USA), the “Research Innovation Award” from the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (UAE), the “24 Under 24 Leaders and Innovators in STEAM and Space Award” by The Mars Generation - Aerojet Rocketdyne (USA), and many more.
