Noor Al Yafei is the Human Resources Director of Boeing Middle East, Türkiye and Africa. An accomplished strategic HR leader with more than 25 years of experience in international companies. Business growth enabled by talent development is at the core of Noor’s work. Before joining Boeing, Noor spent 26 years at British American Tobacco (BAT) and grew internally to the position of Senior HR Lead for Operations and Corporate Functions in the Middle East, South Asia, and North Africa. Noor began her career in 1997 when she joined the British American Tobacco (BAT)’s newly-formed Human Resources department in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) as an HR Executive, leading change management. Since then, she has been promoted to Area Manager in the Middle East, Caucasus and North Africa and then to Regional Manager based in BAT’s London office. Further on in her role as a Regional Manager she expanded her responsibilities to cover the Middle East, Africa and Europe. In 2014, Noor returned to the UAE to take up the role of Area Organizational Change and Communications Manager at BAT Middle East and Africa before moving to Saudi Arabia as Head of HR in the Middle East, a position she held for seven years before being promoted to Senior HR Lead for Operations and Corporate Functions in the broader region. Noor has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, majoring in Human Resources Management and Personnel Administration, from the University of Leicester, and a Master in Business Administration degree from the University of Northampton in the United Kingdom.
