Archie Espiritu is Head of Talent Delivery & Diagnostics within the Human Resources Development Group at Dubai Airports. Archie leads a team that’s responsible for design and implementation of DA’s Skills Framework, the Talent Acquisition process for internal and external candidates, Assessment Design and Delivery and Emiritisation Programmes focused on UAE National Hiring. Prior to Dubai Airports, Archie worked at Emirates Group on a large-scale ERP implementation and has previously worked across a variety of industries and locations in the Change Management space. Archie has a BSc in Management Science from Warwick University.
