Julio Cesar Graves works as Head of Special Engineering for ADASI, where they are leading the UAE airspace industry to the next level, creating in-house capabilities of Sizing and Performance, Computational Fluid Dynamics, Aerodynamics and Flight Physics, Modeling and Simulation, Guidance, Navigation and Control, Model-Based System Engineering, SILs and HILs, Electromagnetic Interference, among others. Julio has extensive experience in problem-solving based on mathematical modeling, particularly applied to the airspace industry in different technologies, systems, and sub-systems. For the last 15 years, Julio has been working on several projects including EMBRAER’s P300, P100, E2, KC390, and L500; EVE’s urban air mobility solution; BEACONRED as airspace consultant; and ADASI’s 25+ different designs. Julio holds several patents, innovation, and academic honor awards. Julio holds Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Control and Systems Theory from the Technological Institute of Aeronautics, and holds several bachelor's degrees including Electrical Engineering from FEI (2008), Science and Technology from UNIFESP (2017), Computational Mathematics from UNIFESP (2023).
