What are the show dates and times?
Monday 13th – Friday 17th November 2023. The show is open between 10:00 - 17:30 each day. Registration opens at 08:00 for exhibitors and 10:00 for visitors on all days.
Is it open to the public?
No, the Dubai Airshow is a business trade show and is open to industry professionals only. You may be asked to provide a business card as proof of eligibility.
Individuals under 16 will not be allowed to attend.
Dress code: business attire or national dress.
How much does it cost to visit the show?
The price for visitors to attend the Dubai Airshow 2023 is USD $99.75 including VAT

Visitor badges are valid for all five days of the show and grant you complimentary access to the onsite conferences.
Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Is there a dress code?
Yes, the dress code is business attire or national dress.
Is there an age limit?
Yes - Individuals under 16 years of age will not be allowed entry. Under 16's can go to the 'Skyview' area and watch the flying displays in the grandstand. They must be accompanied by an adult.
How can I register as a visitor? Can I apply for VIP badges?
You can register here to attend as a visitor. You will need a copy of your passport, Emirates ID if applicable and a passport size photo. There are no "VIP Badges" at Dubai Airshow.
Can I register onsite?
There will be no onsite registration or visitor ticket sales. Please register online here and print your badge at home before you arrive to the venue.
Will I be able to print my badge onsite?
We encourage you to register online before the event as there will be no onsite registration or ticket sales. After registering, please ensure to bring your print at home badge before arriving to the venue in colour onto an A4 paper. Badge holders and lanyards will be available and distributed at multiple locations onsite at the venue.
What aircraft will be on display?
You can find the full list of aircraft on display at the Dubai Airshow closer to the show. The static display is open to all registered attendees.
The daily flying programme is only published on each morning of the show and not in advance.
What time does the flying display start?
The details of the flying display will be published in the flying display programme each morning of the show. The display generally starts at 14:00.
How can I purchase a ticket to the Dubai Airshow Gala Dinner?
The Gala Dinner is organised by Dubai Airports and is by invitation only, tickets are available for purchase. You can enquire directly with the Dubai Airports team from September 2023. Contact details will be provided closer to the date.

Where is the Dubai Airshow located?
The show is located at DWC, Airshow Site. To find us on Google Maps, please click here. Alternatively, you can view direction on our venue and travel page.
Please find approximate driving times below:
Dubai Marina: 20 mins
Downtown: 35 mins
Dubai International Airport: 45 mins
Abu Dhabi International Airport: 50 mins.
Please note that the Dubai Airshow site is a completely separate location to Al Maktoum Airport.
Is there parking available?
There is free visitor parking available on-site.
Can I hire a private car/limousine?

Is there disabled access?
The exhibition hall, meeting rooms and public areas will have disabled access. There are also disabled toilets on site which are clearly signposted. An allocation of parking bays will be reserved for disabled drivers. Please note that parking passes are still required for access to these bays.
Visitor wheelchairs are available for the Emergency Medical Services Centre and are subject to availability.
How can I book a hotel?

How do I get a visa for the UAE?
Please ask your hotel, travel agent, or Emirates Airline (if you are travelling with them) to arrange your visa. You can find more information from the Government of Dubai website here. The organisers are unable to offer any assistance with this process.
Is there wi-fi at the venue?
The venue Wi-Fi is very limited. Please do not rely on being able to access the free Wi-Fi onsite.
Can I bring a camera to the show?
Yes, you can bring your camera to the show.
Are there catering outlets at the show? Can I bring my own food/drink into the event?
There will be a variety of catering outlets at the exhibition offering a wide range of refreshments. Please note that you will not be allowed to bring your own food into the venue.
Is there a cloakroom or somewhere I can leave my items?
There will not be a cloakroom at the venue. Your items are your responsibility. We do not have a facility to store these.
Do I need to be vaccinated to attend Dubai Airshow?
Vaccination isn't mandatory yet encouraged.

When does the Dubai Airshow mobile app go live?
The official mobile app will go live on 2-October 2023.
Who can access the dubai Airshow mobile app?
The official Dubai Airshow mobile app is available to all registered attendees of the show. A welcome email will be sent to your registered email address closer to the live dates of the App.
How can I download the mobile app?
The app is available on both Google Play and Apple App stores.
You can also access the web platform of the App on any internet browsers (Chrome, Firefox, MS Edge etc.) after the go-live dates.
