Amira Al Awadhi serves as Vice President Human Resources Business Partner & National Development for the Emirates Group. In her current role, Mrs. Al Awadhi is responsible for leading the Human Resources strategy for 

Flight Operations, Service Delivery, Engineering, Airport Services & Information Technology, representing over half Of the airline's workforce. During her years at the Emirates Croup, Amira Al Awadhi has worked closely with leaders 

across the organization to establish and manage HR structures that reflect and support their dynamic business needs. 

 

Prior to her current role, Amira Al Awadhi was Vice President Human Resources National Recruitment & Development at Emirates Croup where she managed initiatives that have resulted in the attraction, development, and retention Of UAE nationals, overseen major restructures across the Group, created Standard Operational Procedures to ensure consistency and transparency, as well as developed a strategy with external bodies to attract the most qualified UAE Nationals.
