Ali Farah is the Director of GE Aerospace Middle East Technology Center, where he leads a team of engineers in developing and deploying innovative technologies in predictive maintenance and advanced on-wing technologies for commercial airlines in the region. He has over 17 years of experience in mechanical engineering, starting his career in the Engineering Development Program of GE Power in Rugby, UK. He has held various roles within GE in multiple countries, including design engineering, materials, and customer service engineering. Ali is known for his commitment to innovation, his ability to build and lead high-performing teams, and his excitement about the advancement of AI and machine learning in the aerospace industry. He is also a patinate advocate for the development of the next generation of aerospace engineers. Ali graduated in 2206 from Brunel University London, with Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering. His final year project was conceptual design of a two-seater canard configured aircraft. Ali is a Chartered Engineer and member of the Institution of Mechanical Engineering.
