How To Get There

Please be aware that parking facilities at Airport Expo for the Dubai Airshow will be extremely limited, the organisers strongly recommend that you use alternative methods of transport such as:

Taxi

taxis are a very common way of getting around Dubai. Official taxis are operated by the RTA and can be recognised by their livery - beige with different coloured roofs. Taxis can be flagged down by the side of the road or you can make a booking by calling 04 208 0808. If you make a booking, you will pay a slightly higher starting fare (usually only Dhs.3 more than the standard starting fare).

Park & Ride

Park & ride facilities will be available at the Dubai Airshow. If you are driving follow the signs to the off-site park & ride facilities from where shuttle buses will drop you to the registration building.

Hire of car and driver

It is possible to arrange the hire of a car and driver to drop off and pick up from the Airshow. Please enquire at your hotel for more details.

Metro

the Red line runs past the Dubai Airshow site at Airport Expo and stops at nearby Rashidiya Station, which is in walking/shuttle bus distance of Airport expo. For further information on Metro fares and stations please visit the RTA website for more details.

Shuttle buses

The organisers have arranged complimentary shuttle buses sponsored by “ADNOC” for all exhibitors and visitors attending the show. The shuttle buses will run from various hotels in Dubai to and from the show site each day. Click here to view full timetables.
